Refund policy

Because every Zoe Nadia Studio piece is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us at  contact@zoenadiastudio.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been fulfilled.
